These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Shmuzin, a private meal-coordination service operated by Stage 2 Ltd. (“Stage 2”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), available at shmuzin.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Shmuzin.
Shmuzin is currently offered as a beta to a small, invited group. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that matches will be found, that notifications will arrive on time, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Shmuzin compares the plans you create with plans from people in your trusted network and privately introduces compatible households. Matching is automated. We do not vet, endorse, screen, or perform background checks on any user, and we are not a party to any meal, meeting, or arrangement that results from a match.
You are responsible for your own safety. Use your judgment about whom you invite into your network, whose home you enter, and whom you host. Any food you share is your own responsibility, including allergens, dietary restrictions, and food safety.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect other users.
You keep ownership of the plans, recipes, menu items, and feedback you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and transmit that content to operate the service — for example, showing a plan you published to the people in your trusted network. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.
You may stop using Shmuzin at any time and may request deletion of your account by writing to support@shmuzin.com. Some records may be retained where another user’s history depends on them — see the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage 2 Ltd., as the operator of Shmuzin, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from any interaction, meal, or arrangement between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during the beta, is zero) or US$50.
We may update these Terms as the service develops. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where practical, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Shmuzin after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
